Thank you for choosing Waterfall ERP to manage and streamline your organization’s financial workflows. Our platform provides immediate access to digital services such as advance request management, expense tracking, billing submissions, and role-based approvals.

No Refund Policy
All payments made towards subscriptions, licenses, onboarding fees, or any other services offered by Waterfall ERP are strictly non-refundable.
Payment Finality
Once a payment is successfully completed, access to the platform and its features is provisioned immediately. Therefore, payments cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred under normal circumstances.
Billing Errors & Exceptions
If you believe a payment was made due to a system error, incorrect billing, or duplicate transaction, please contact our support team with the relevant details. Each case will be reviewed individually, and any resolution will be at the sole discretion of Waterfall ERP.
